By purchasing or using RoofReach services, the customer authorizes RoofReach to conduct appointment-setting outreach on the customer’s behalf using the customer’s company name and campaign details. Customers are responsible for accurate company, territory, calendar and sales-team information, running scheduled appointments, and complying with laws applicable to their roofing operations. Prepaid packages are paid before fulfillment. Pay-by-appointment services are billed based on appointments delivered during the applicable billing period. Replacement rights are governed by the Appointment & Replacement Policy.
